While every element of Hot Wheels Unleashed's gameplay may not impress your nostalgia, what will is the game's Track Editor. You can't relive this in Hot Wheels Unleashed. To unlock the eighth secret in my cunningly named Hot Wheels Unleashed how to unlock secrets guide, you need to complete the Buns of Steel event I just talked about. Unlocks after completing the Top Secret event To access this race, you need to have unlocked the Bone Shaker secret first (secret 6). Then, as the description suggests, complete the quick race known as ‘The Best’ using the Buns of Steel vehicle. The Best: with special appearance by Buns of Steelįirst, you need to unlock Buns of Steel from the end of a residential street. Then complete the ‘Reckless Driving’ event using the Bone Shaker. This secret in the Hot Wheels City Rumble, located in the southwest, involves getting the Bone Shaker car from the aforementioned boss race called ‘Ghost Seekers’. Reckless Driving: with special appearance by Bone Shaker As before, win just to ensure you unlock the secret. Ready for another boss race? Good, because the next Hot Wheels Unleashed secret of nine requires you to complete the fifth and final boss race. The legend says that a restless ghost blocks access to this path. So work your way round beating all the boss races, which are easily spotted because of their increased reward number. Pretty self-explanatory, this Hot Wheels Unleashed secret requires finishing all four boss races. Secret 4 (Covert)ĭefeat four bosses to take on the final challenge Change the difficulty level to easy if struggling. Again, perhaps finishing on the podium would be enough but finish in first just to be sure. Simply finish the ‘Snow Pilot’ boss race. If struggling, you could buy something decent from the ‘Limited Offer’ menu or open some spare Blind Boxes. This is a fun and somewhat challenging event so use your best car. To unlock this secret, all you need to do is complete the ‘Jurassic Predator’ boss race. It is unclear if ‘complete’ means to win or finish on the podium so I would bring home gold just to be sure of success.
